Born and raised in Scotland, Ken, has developed the ability to unglue the most stubborn components of interpersonal disharmony. In a long distinguished career covering both the public and private sectors his outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills saw him serve in roles of Negotiator, Mediator, Arbiter, and Chief Executive.
Ken has a Distinction Award in Public Speaking from The English Speaking Union
He is a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in UK and USA
A Practioner Member Association for Conflict Resolution
Experienced Toastmaster to CCS level;
Life Change Facilitator/ Councilor in preparation for retirement and '3rd Age' learning.
Ken is also an Early Intervention Specialist in relationships issues.
